I am further from the sound than I would like, but I can't afford a million dollar house! (if I want someplace with a bit of land and a house with 2K square feet) I am close enough that I can get out sailing often.

Like I have told you before, if you are ever in Seattle, you always have a place to stay 45 minutes from Seattle.

If you come to visit I will even see if I can set up a day of sailing for you.
