Mt. Si from my back pourch. This is why it may be hard for me to reach Boise via Ham Radio. But then the edge of the mountain is just about the bearing of Boise. With just a ittle bending of the radio waves...

I am further from the sound than I would like, but I can't afford a million dollar house! (if I want someplace with a bit of land and a house with 2K square feet) I am close enough that I can get out sailing often.
Like I have told you before, if you are ever in Seattle, you always have a place to stay 45 minutes from Seattle.
If you come to visit I will even see if I can set up a day of sailing for you.
